University Academy Charter School PTO

Teacher Grant Request

 The University Academy Charter School PTO offers grants to UA teachers/staff. These grants are for the purpose of educational material(s) for you  classroom/curriculum/students.  Grants are offered only when PTO funds are available; therefore teachers must submit requests. Grants must be approved by the UA PTO Executive Board of Directors AND the principal.

 

 

Grants are subject to approval by the UA PTO Board of Directors and School Administration. You will be notified of the Grant decision via email. All funds will be distributed by the UA PTO Treasurer.

To be eligible for the grant, the request must meet the following criteria:

·         The request is for material(s) that relates to a specific curriculum area.

·         The intent is to use the materials to directly benefit the students of University Academy Charter School.

·         The request form is completed and submitted to the UA PTO Board of Directors.

·         Itemized description/cost must be provided.
